Joined the work in 1996, successively served in China Railway Construction and Tianjin Metro Group, engaged in project budget and settlement, contract management, asset management, and property right management. While practising on project, he was involved in the compilation of many monographs of Dayue Consulting, published articles in newspapers and magazines such as China Construction News and Construction & Architecture, organized PPP training for government departments, financial institutions, enterprises and institutions, and successively participated in the review of provincial PPP demonstration projects in Shaanxi and Henan.
