Graduated from the major of Applied Finance in 2008 from Queensland University of Technology. Since joining Dayue Consulting in 2009, he has been engaged in PPP consulting and infrastructure investment and financing consulting, infrastructure enterprise restructuring and management consulting, investment and financing and management consulting for the construction of new towns and development zones, and policy and system research consulting. Led the team to provide consulting services for hundreds of PPP projects in Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Hubei, Shanxi, Anhui and other provinces, covering energy, transportation, municipal utilities, water conservancy construction, environmental protection, forestry, science and technology, affordable housing projects, health care, old-age care, education, culture, sports and other fields, and the financing size of consulting projects exceeded 150 billion. Among them, dozen of projects were selected as the demonstration projects of the Ministry of Finance, including the PPP project of Zhengzhou 107 Auxiliary Road Rapid Development Project, the PPP project of Henan Longyao Health City, the PPP project of Zhengzhou Jialu River Comprehensive Treatment Project, and the PPP project of biomass straw incineration power generation in Qixian County, Kaifeng City.
