Involved in government infrastructure investment and financing consulting, government and social capital cooperation consulting for 15 years. Presided over and participated in more than 100 infrastructure and public utility projects, many of which have been selected as PPP demonstration projects of the Ministry of Finance, covering many fields including municipal engineering, transportation, hydraulic engineering, environmental protection, water supply and drainage, energy, rail transit, and cultural tourism. Provided extensive training and teaching in the field of infrastructure investment and financing for government departments, social capital and financial institutions. Published authored articles on infrastructure and public utilities in China Construction News and other media for many times. Participated in the compilation of works e.g. Market-oriented Reform of Urban Infrastructure Investment and Financing, On Chinese-style PPP, and Dayue Essays on Urbanization and PPP. The PPP consulting project of Harbin underground comprehensive pipe gallery involved in and completed by him won the first prize of 2016 National Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievements.
